Our Story

Pizza M is real Italian Pizza Al Taglio, just like you would get on the streets of Rome.

It all started when Matteo Magnetti from Rome along with cousins Sean and Marco Magnetti from Galway came up with an simple idea; to produce a pizza in Galway that was exactly the same as the best “Pizza Al Taglio” in Rome.

In order to achieve this we looked at every detail. We source the best ingredients directly from Italy. Our pizza flour comes from Molino Iaquone, a traditional mill on the foothills of the Apennines outside Rome. Our pizza ovens are produced by Castelli Forni Rome, the top oven producer in Italy. Our pizza chefs are trained by the API pizza school in Rome. Our pizza dough is matured for at least 72 hours, just the same way as the Roman pizzerias.

The result is a pizza that is light crispy and full of flavour. You don’t need to travel to Rome to experience great Pizza Al Taglio, its available on your doorstep!
